SHIPPING POLICY

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We have been shipping original artworks and Limited Edition prints since 2016, and have a 100% success record in delivering items in the same fine condition in which they left our studio.

All prints are professionally packaged into strong double and triple walled cardboard shipping boxes with protective padding where appropriate.

Original artworks are either delivered in person or specially packed and delivered using a premium courier service. All shipments are insured.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

We ship Internationally using UPS Express or other providers who can offer a high level of service in the destination country. Your order is fully tracked until it arrives at it's destination. We will email you a tracking number on dispatch then your order will just take a few days to arrive anywhere in the World. 
UPS Express typically 1 - 4 days, other suppliers may take up to 7 days. 

LIMITED EDITION PRINTS

We generally carry a stock of all our prints and aim to ship within a 1-3 working days.
In the event that an item is out stock we will let you know immediately and provide an estimate of when the item will be back in stock.

 

MADE TO MEASURE PRINTS

By their nature these are not stock items and production and delivery times will be quoted at the time of order.

 

\ORIGINAL ART

Original art requires specialist packaging and usually ships in 3 - 7 working days.

 

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

Some items can be shipped overnight - even Internationally - please contact us if you require this service.


IMPORT DUTIES

We accurately describe our goods so that your order passes smoothly through customs and any unnecessary delays are minimised. Any import duties are the responsibility of the receiver.

RETURN POLICY

Goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, or within 28 days of receipt for an exchange. Goods must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as sold. All returns must be pre-authorised in writing or by email. Regretfully shipping costs cannot be refunded. Where free shipping was included with the original order an amount of £5 will be deducted from the refund amount towards the original shipping costs.

Return shipping and insurance costs are also the responsibility of the customer. It is advised that all returned goods are insured and sent with tracking. Until we receive your return to our office, the items and their condition are your responsibility.

Quoted for bespoke items, goods produced or sourced to order (e.g. made to measure prints and commissioned paintings) may not normally be returned.

 

We'll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed. This will take up to 7 days.


Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.
