'One of the finest artists working in the genre'

The Bentley featured in this specially commissioned painting is unique - a 1937 4 1/4 litre Derby Bentley with a boat-tailed body by Petersen.

The painting is 70 x 35cm in size and executed in Oils onto a specially made Aluminium panel. To capture every aspect of the car’s special bodywork, the composition features multiple views of the car while the background design features rally plates from the cars extensive sporting history, which was achieved by etching them into aluminium panel.

Areas representing the bright work were polished and painted using transparent glazes and subtly catch the light.
